ARC prepared a master plan study for two large properties purchased by Mt. Baker Housing Association on the corner of MLK Way South and South McClellan Street in Seattle. As part of this study, ARC provided updated zoning analysis as well as imaging for potential development.  These sites provide great opportunities for development due to their proximity to Light Rail, shopping, and schools.  The owner’s goal was to envision the scale and design potential for these sites with ground floor businesses and a variety of apartment sizes.
