In 2007, ARC collaborated with Teatro ZinZanni, a regional performance production, on their Mercer Street venue in Seattle. In 2018, Teatro ZinZanni moved their operations to Woodinville, WA where they are currently using a variety of temporary structures along with their historic Spiegeltent as performance spaces. 

ARC is now designing a permanent structure on the same site, which is located in a meadow surrounded by a ring of berms and landscaping. The project aims to enclose the Spiegeltent and add new areas for outdoor performances and events, while minimizing impacts on the existing topography. The new facility will support a grand lobby, commercial kitchen, dressing rooms, and offices. It is critical to consider the potential impact on the client’s performance schedule. As such, the new venue minimizes construction time by using pre-engineered metal structures that will envelop the Spiegeltent and supporting program.
