City of Poulsbo is studying how to best develop a large parcel of land and consider the market demand and financial feasibility for a new Poulsbo Events and Recreation Center (PERC).  ARC Architects worked closely with the City, BDA Landscape Architects, and the large Steering Committee to review the recent community surveys, evaluate a large variety of programming options, and analyze the site.

Located adjacent to a new hotel and the Olympic College Campus, the feasibility study focused on providing recreation amenities not currently available in the community, and expanding on those in popular demand.  An outdoor pool is desired by the community as well as outdoor passive recreation, additional sports fields, pickle ball, and basketball.  Poulsbo continues to consider the options for this property and potential funding implications.
