Celebrating 50 years of making a positive community impact
Founded as Architecture Resource Collaborative in 1976, our first project was for Northwest Center. Our vision is to serve the communities we live, work and play in. Our mission is to design delightful, human centric and sustainable places that enhance communities and support our client's culture. Led for many years by principals Dave Rutherford, Gene Gudger, Rex Bond, and Stan Lokting, ARC Architects leaned into design for the public benefit.
From feasiblity studies to campus planning, ARC has enjoyed working for many public agencies and non-profits in the PNW. The firm's portfolio today continues to represent the diversity of culture we live in. Guided by our former principals, ARC is a leader in the region for supporting public outreach and insisting on community inclusion. That legacy remains at the forefront of our mission.
