City of Bellevue Parks Operations Facility
In collaboration with the City of Bellevue, this campus project brings together all parks operations staff to one centralized location. The project began with site selection and programming studies, which ultimately led to the decision to utilize city-owned property adjacent to the Bellevue Golf Course. This campus will provide two new two-story buildings, as well as a replacement building for the existing golf maintenance and storage facilities, on-site fueling, and covered parking.

Informed by the density of trees throughout the existing site, the overall design strategy prioritized striking a balance between providing ample space for department operations, and preserving healthy trees to create a park-like environment for staff. Circulation is anchored around the central Building A, which houses the administrative offices for all departments, conference rooms, lockers, and a garage. The material palette is influenced by the wooded surroundings and the teams' expertise in maintaining the city's parks, open spaces, and trails.
