Bonney Lake Public Works Center

With a design process that spanned from 2005 - 2021, the City of Bonney Lake persevered to create this new campus for their Public Works departments. The City considered four different project sites and worked to right size their needs, operation plans, and budget. The new Public Works Center includes administration offices for the Public Works engineering staff, the Community Development staff, and the Permit Center.

The City of Bonney Lake’s Public Works Department is responsible for constructing, operating, maintaining, and repairing municipal infrastructure for roadways and utilities. The campus has two buildings for staff and conference spaces, and three maintenance vehicle and equipment storage structures. ARC enjoys working with Public Works Departments and understands that they have unique storage, staging, and equipment requirements.
A few casual meeting areas are located in the corners with the best views and natural light.
Large roll-up doors connect to the outside, creating opporunities for larger events. Employees enjoy the large open kitchen for everday meals and community gatherings as well.
Exterior roll-up window shades provide additional cooling in the summer months.
